Scarlet marks a considerable departure from the original Ana Abiyedh's simple citrus structure, black cherry and pink pepper opening dark and tart instead. White rose, peony, tonka bean and nutmeg deepen the heart into a dense, richly spiced floral bouquet. Patchouli, crystal caramel sugar and vanilla close the foundation deeply sweet and earthy. Crystal caramel sugar as a named material is a distinctly textural, almost jewelry like description for a base note. Ana Abiyedh Scarlet Perfume is a gourmand floral Eau de Parfum from Lattafa, suited to evening wear and special occasions. Lattafa gave the Ana Abiyedh name its most dramatic reinterpretation yet.
